Released in 1962, Spider-Man Amazing Fantasy #15 featured cover art by the iconic Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby. Today the rare comic sells for well over US$1,000,000 in mint condition, the most recent one selling in 2011.

Thanks to Royal Selangor, the famous comic book has been brought to life as a stunning Pewter Statue. At 8.5″ tall, the piece features Spider-Man tethered by a string webbing, physically leaping out of the monochromatic cover art with a terrified mobster held firmly in his grasp.

While the mobster is made from bonded porcelain, the webslinger has been beautifully cast in pewter and gilded in 24K gold.

Illustrated by Alan Quah and sculpted by Gim Ong. Alan Quah is a respected illustrator in the international comics and collectibles communities. Ghim’s strong interest in 3D sculpting has led to him working on Marvel, DC and Disney.
